CHRAC denounces September 11th attacks in the USA

The Cambodian Human Rights Action Committee (CHRAC), a coalition of 18 local NGOs, expresses its horror and shock over the terrorist attacks against innocent people in the United States of America on September 11,2001.

The CHRAC expresses its most sincere sympathy and grief to the victims and families and people of the United States of America.

These most audacious attacks against the US reinforce the need for massive cooperation throughout the International Community in outlawing, investigating, prosecuting, and bringing to justice those who commit these most serious crimes against humanity.

The CHRAC appeals to the US government as well as the International Community and other governments worldwide to strongly cooperate and to use law to bring to justice those perpetrators who commit acts of terrorism_crimes against humanity and the murder of thousands of innocent civilians.

The CHRAC strongly condemns these most heinous terrorist attacks against humanity in Washington and New York.
